Tim McAuliffe has been operating McAuliffe Structural Steel Detailing since 2000, overseeing the production and maintenance of quality control, schedules, connection design and fabrication parameters on commercial and industrial projects. Certified as a Senior detailer Class 1 under the National Institute of Steel Detailing and graduating from the Civil Engineering Program at Fanshawe College in 1986, Tim McAuliffe has been employed as a Computer Structural Steel Detailer, rising to Senior Structural Steel Detailer at Noront Steel Ltd. to Chief Draftsman for Nickel City Steel. McAuliffe then began MCS Detailing and with training in AutoCAD, SteelCAD, DetailCad and SDS2 programs Tim McAuliffe foresees that every client’s requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Jody McAuliffe now holds over 12 years of experience in the steel detailing industry, employed with MCS Detailing since 1998. Jody McAuliffe continues to work closely with with customer and Engineer drawings, trained in programs such as AutoCAD, Steel CAD, DetailCad and SDS2 she oversees the Senior and Junior Detailers to ensure projects are managed and completed with a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Dragica Martic holds over 35 years of experience in the steel detailing industry and is certified as a Senior detailer Class 1 under the National Institute of Steel Detailing. Martic checks jobs and has experience working with SDS/2, SteelCAD and is trained in AutoCAD  program. Formerly positioned as a Structural Detailer for Noront Steel Ltd, Martic has crafted a strong background in steel detailing and has utilized her expertise at MCS Detailing.

Kyle Bilinsky has a background in both 3D modeling commercial and industrial buildings and in the production of 2D shop drawings, trained in SDS/2 and AutoCAD programs.  Bilinsky has been trained as a Checker and completing all tasks involved with due diligence.  He holds a background in civil engineering technology and technician, having graduated on the Dean's List and on President's Honour Roll from Cambrian College.

Since 2005, Jay Maloney has been 3D modeling commercial and industrial buildings and working in the production of 2D shop drawings for MCS Detailing. Trained in SDS/2, and AutoCAD programs, Maloney has a strong background with computers, completing his Bachelor of Computer Science from Laurentian University and receiving a OAC Certificate from Lively District Secondary School.

Adam Gadabushie has been 3D modelling commercial and industrial buildings and working in the production of 2D shop drawings for MCS Detailing.  With an Architectural Technologist Degree, honours in Cadd and Architectural Drafting, training in SDS/2 and AutoCad, Gadabushie has a solid background for Architectural Details when working on commercial projects.

Since 2008, Justin McAuliffe has been working in the production of 2D shop drawings and scrubbing Erection drawings, trained in SDS/2 and AutoCAD programs, McAuliffe has a strong background working in the computer technology industry, having held a position as a Technical Support Representative for three years prior to MCS Detailing.

Since 2010, Mike Young has been working in the production of 2D shop drawings and scrubbing Erection drawings, trained in SDS/2 and AutoCAD programs.  Young has a background reading blue prints and using Cadd programs and has an Industrial Mechanical Millwright Diploma from Cambrian College.
